Free Access Times
Any school or department in a New Zealand or Pacific Island-based tertiary institution that provides qualifications in law or resource management can apply for a Username and password for free access to the library between 7pm and 9pm (NZ time) 7 days a week.

Post-Graduate Scholarship
Each year rma.net will provide one full subsciption completely free to a New Zealand citizen who will be studying for a relevant post-graduate qualification outside of New Zealand. The recipient of the scholarship will receive the weekly email summaries of recent decisions and have unlimited access to the library of decisions for 12 months.
